Booking your holiday at Gors-lŵyd is really easy - just as it should be!

HOW DO I BOOK?

CHECK AVAILABILITY

The Availability Calendar is always up-to-date.  Arrival day is normally a Saturday during the peak summer season.  At all other times the arrival days are flexible so if a Saturday is not convenient for you, please contact me and I will do my best to fit in with your plans.

COMPLETE THE ENQUIRY FORM

Complete the Enquiry Form, stating your name, preferred dates, contact details.  We will then send you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions.

WHAT NEXT?

The dates are held for 7 days until we receive your 25% deposit and booking form.  Payment can be made by either cheque or bank transfer.  We will then confirm your booking.  The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday starts.  We will send a reminder for the balance nearer to the time.  When the balance is paid we will send a receipt, directions to Gors-lŵyd and the keycode you will need.

WHAT ABOUT A DAMAGE DEPOSIT?

We do not take a damage deposit - we never have done.  We trust that you will look after Gors-lŵyd just as we look after Gors-lŵyd.  We trust that if there are any damages or breakages, you will let us know and agree to replace like for like (we fully expect that there will be minor breakages such as the odd plate or glass so we do not expect you to pay for these!).  Also if for some reason, Gors-lŵyd is left in a sorry state after you leave, we expect you to reimburse us the cost in time and money for putting things right for the next guests.

ON ARRIVAL

Arrival is usually from 4pm with self check-in (key safe is by the door).  Feel free to contact me anytime - 07852 209385
